This is one of my images from a photographic exhibition on the Notting Hill Carnival called Behind the Masquerade: The Story of Notting Hill Carnival. It was organised by the Art Council who sponsored me to shoot the event, which I had been covering for a number of years. An accompanying book of the exhibition also featured my photographs, alongside two other photographers.
